Worth Buying daredevil 1?

Hi guys

I have always been a modern collector, but starting to try to get older keys..
came across these two daredevils

1,7 attached are images..would would you say I should pay for these two? would 500 be fair?

#1 looks rough. $500 seems fair though. If I had $500 to spend on Daredevil, I'd buy a nice copy of Daredevil 168. That's just my personal preference.

That DD1 looks rough. Personally, I'd wait to get a better copy.

Graded 1.0’s go for around $500, so it kind of depends...is it complete and attached? That missing piece is kind of big so it may not get more than a 1.0 anyway.

I’ve always liked daredevil and this is a key, but there are a TON of these out there (like over 3000 just in the census). I’d be where Khoi is, I’d rather spend a little more and get a better copy. You can get a 4.0 for right around $1000.....which seems like a lot, but long term, the 4.0 is a much better investment
