Dollar Bin Digging 46

The Eternals V3 #1-7

So, rumor is that the Eternals movie may borrow heavily from this series by Neil Gaiman and John Romita Jr. These books have been in dollar bins for years now, as most of the attention of late has been on the original Kirby run.

But these books can be found in bins. This is only a 7-issue series, so it’s easy to complete. And keep an eye out for variants, as those can sometimes be missed by sellers who can’t tell the difference.

If you look below you can see the price differences pre and post announcement at SDCC. So act now and get to picking.

Blade V5 #1-12

Blade has had a few series bearing his name over the years, but no real signature run. Outside the plots of the original Blade Trilogy, can you think of an important Blade storyline?

Most of the attention right now is on his early Tomb of Dracula appearances. And that is warranted. But this 12-issue run from 2006 at least features some sweet Marko Djurdjevic covers which makes them worthy of bin hunting in my book.

These are cheap books that are in dollar bins, so take a flier on them for the covers alone if you come across them. It’s way too early to know what the future movie will focus on plot-wise, but this run by Marc Guggenheim is as good as any.

Recent Sales Data:

Don't Feel Like Digging?

So until next time, while you are out there digging, remember…

“It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard… is what makes it great.” – Jimmy Dugan
