Agent Newton has returned to his home website of CBSI to rescue valuable trade paperbacks and hardbacks from the dusty shelves of the used book store.
Little did he know that Grand Admiral Thrawn’s trilogy would be waiting there disguised as a novel among the other sci-fi series books.
This Hardback collects all issues of Heir to the Empire, Dark Force Rising, and The Last Command.
A fantastic story, set five years after the fall of the Empire. Luke, Leia, Han, and Chewbacca Must face the last of the Emperor's warlords, Admiral Thrawn.
In my opinion, the trilogy they should have made, but I digress. I found this in a store that thought it was a thick Star Wars novel. I purchased it for $9.50 and sold it for $75.
Legacy book three contains Star Wars Legacy #37-50 and Star Wars Legacy War #1-6
What will the last heir to the legacy of the Skywalkers, Cade Skywalker do when he realizes that he is the true last hope for the galaxy?
This is the last of the Legacy hardbacks and the only one that wasn’t reprinted. Demand, meet supply. If you can find it, the fans will pay well for it.
This 516 page Tome features Star Wars: Crimson Empire I #1-6, Star Wars: Crimson Empire II #1-6, and Star Wars Crimson Empire III: Empire Lost #1-6. It also throws in Star Wars: The Bounty Hunters: Kenix Kil and Star Wars handbook #2.
One of those under-printed hardback that sells for a premium..
This popular TPB doesn’t command the prices it once did, but I had my copy signed by Star Wars cover artist extraordinaire, Dave Dorman. This turned my $6 purchase into and easy $55 on eBay.
Well, true believers, this week I will end the article with Trade Secret #10: TPB/HC’s that cross two collecting strains hold the possibility of commanding a premium price. Case in point comic books and Star Wars. Remember this principle when searching the shelves.
May the Force be with you.
