1 Daredevil #612 J. Scott Campbell 1:100 Variant

WRITER: Charles Soule
ARTIST: Phil Noto
With all the buzz around so many TV options, cancellations, movie reviews, etc. this week, how did this one end up on top?  Campbell still sells and if you make a hard to get incentive variant of a low-ordered title, his fans will want it even more.  Right now they want it in the $150-175 range.

2 Edge of Spider-Verse #2

WRITER: Jason Latour
ARTIST: Robbi Rodgriguez
Not that  anyone really ever ‘forgot' about this one, but 9.8's are now selling in the mid $400's and 9.6's can bring $300 (meaning that maybe the 9.8's are underpriced at the moment?).  Into the Spider-Verse currently sits at 100% Fresh on and a lot of kids (and future comic buyers) want to see this movie.  I could easily see the current price point being the lowest it will ever be again.

3 Ironheart #1 Stephanie Hans 1:50 Variant

WRITER: Eve Ewing
ARTIST: Kevin Libranda
Out this week, people seem to be jumping the gun a bit on some of these variants.  I like Hans a lot, but this one just doesn't seem to have that ‘wow' factor in my opinion.  $90-100.

4 Batman: Arkham Knight #1 Gamestop Variant

WRITER: Peter J. Tomasi
ARTIST: Viktor Bogdanovic
Ok, there are 2 different Gamestop variants for this 1st Appearance of AK (who will be canon come Tec #1000).  I haven't seen the gold power-up version for sale, but this one, which just recently was under $10, is now a $40-50 book.

Yes this was speculated on 2 years ago.  Yes, it is being talked about again.  No, I am not giving my opinion on the book (but can you imagine a world where Donny Cates retcons this ‘cosplay' appearance as being a real appearance?  I can).  In any case, it is back to a $25-30 book.

6 Stars End #1

WRITER: Selena McDevitte
ARTIST: Larry Spike Jarrell
My assumption (which those have not always been correct) is that Stars End is selling for $20 only because it is riding the Antarctic Press train at the moment.  Think that Antarctic Press is new?  Go back and watch the ‘inker' scene in Chasing Amy (1997) and you will see an AP booth at the con.

To piggyback on EOSV #2 above, this new movie appears that it is going to be a knockout hit.  There are a lot of these books available, but this too could be the cheapest it will ever be again.  Prices for 9.8's had dropped to $200 back in the summer and are now over $300 again.

Option news and this dollar book started selling for $15-20.  A 9.8 copy sold in October for $25 shipped–good for that buyer I would say!

Hack/Slash Resurrection #8 Florida Super Con Variant

WRITER: Tini Howard
There have been very few of these for sale, but the price has risen from $50 to $80 and with Hack/Slash being developed by Blumhouse, this one might have some long term legs.

The Tormented #1

WRITER: Various
ARTIST: Mike Roy
Red dress, hard to find, skeletons…all the makings of a good PCH book.  A raw copy (probably VG grade) sold this week for over $600 (guide is less than $100 in grade).  The last graded sale was in 2013 and it was a CGC 7.0 that went for only $344.
