Lots of speculation and all but confirmed news had this book on radars but not too many folks were pulling the trigger on this book. All it took was the confirmation that Sinister was indeed in an upcoming film and all “lower” priced examples online have disappeared. I feel like the market already knew this but just reacted slow or too cautiously at first. Make sure to keep an eye out for the So Much Fun version as this will be the true chase book.
Action Comics #23
As mentioned in the comments of last week’s section, multiple copies of this book just ended and as expected set new records. Seems all golden age is just running rampant right now, any key in any grade…
Brave and the Bold #28
3 Copies in 1 auction session ending at quite respectable prices. This book stayed in a lull for too long and looks like it will finally start its trek on the way to a much higher rank on the Silver Age Key Issue list.
New Teen Titans #2
A reminder that Joe Manganiello will be playing Deathstroke in the upcoming Batman film has proved to be the shot in the arm this book needed to see increased sales through all venues online.
Black Lightning #1
Another #1 Bronze Age book that is starting to really heat up. As more and more folks look for female and minority superheroes, expect to see a greater rise in prices.
My Greatest Adventure #80
A tougher to find DC Silver Key that seems to have finally started catching up with others from the same time. Deep black cover, not tier 1 character team, good stuff.
