Marvel’s Hip-Hop Variants (part 1)

Marvel has saved my bacon once again. They just recently broke news that with each new series that is released this fall after Secret Wars is over, there will be a hip-hop variant cover depicting the subject of the comic in a swipe of a classic hip-hop cover. There are going to be 14 to start with another 11 sometime after that. I am going to split this article into two parts since there are so many with the first batch highlighted in this article.

If you don’t know at least one song from this album and you were alive when it was released, you either really hate good music or live under a rock…just saying

Let’s hope the new number 1’s that are coming out this fall from Marvel are as good as N.W.A.s first album.

Before Flava Flav was looking for a wife on his reality show, he was making good music with Chuck D.

I’ll be back next week with some of the other ones due to come out!
