1Batman Adventures Vol 1 #12 (1993)

This book went and did even crazier things than I thought possible the past few weeks. Harley is in my opinion the 3rd biggest asset DC has right now. Her series is horrible and DC needs to fix it quickly. The world needs a well drawn, well written Harley book, not a Deadpool ripoff. That being said, BA #12 is the hottest book on the planet. Beat copies are now $300, and mid-grade ones are nearing 500-600 raw. Multiple says of 9.6 books of $1100 have also been reported, with 9.8's above the 2k mark. The trailer was the tinder for this book to take the next step. Now for it to sustain DC

2 Star Wars #4 (2015) Boba Fett Black and White/Sketch Variant (3k Print Run)

JTC did again. In a span of 24 hours he grossed 60k selling his exclusive Boba Fett sketch variants through his website. The last batch sold out in 7 minutes and choked his website like Royce Gracie did to people in the 90's. Immediately the eBay “power sellers” began selling books that haven't even shipped yet for upwards of $120 for a $20 book. Impressive

Batman: The Dark Knight Returns Vol 1 #4 (1986)

WRITER: Frank Miller
ARTIST: Frank Miller
What makes this comic so amazing? Batman kicks the living **** out of Superman, it's the basis for the BvS:DoJ, and it's arguably Frank Miller's best work. Copies of this have went 3 Mile Island hot after the last trailer from SDCC. People are realizing just how slept on that whole series was especially 1 and 4 at the moment. There is still value, and time to make quality purchases of these books if you can find them. Beware of 2nd and 3rd prints as well.

We Can Never Go Home #1 (2015) SDCC Aziritt Variant (50 Copies)

WRITER: Matthew Rosenberg
ARTIST: Josh Hood
The book people love to hate is still causing drama and still selling for over $400 on eBay. Hell there is a 9.9 available right now if you want to sell a liver. This series is one of the bright-spots of the year and the cover and print-run make this book what it is. I think this book will hold value for a long time. The unsigned copies seem to be harder to find at this writing.

5 Spectre Vol 3 #54 (1997)

WRITER: John Ostrander
ARTIST: Tom Mandrake
I don't understand the people who speculate on villains or heroes that might appear in the Arrow tv series. I would be lying if I didn't say I have never found this book in the wild and I want too badly. This book is the 1st appearance of Mr. Terrific and it's one of the hardest modern DC books to find. Copies are selling for more than $50 right now, and there is a ton of movement on it and has been quietly for awhile. If you can find these buy them ASAP.

Outcast #1 (2014) SDCC Skybound 5th Anniversary Edition Black & White

WRITER: Robert Kirkman
ARTIST: Paul Azaceta
The B/W sets from SDCC are still selling extremely well. For the people brave enough to open them and sell them individually this is the book people most want right now. The Walking Dead is selling for more, but more copies of Outcast have been sold. Prices are now reaching $125 for this raw. Print run on this might be less than 1500.

Captain Marvel Vol 6 #17 (2014) Cover C 2nd Print

WRITER: Kelly Sue DeConnick
ARTIST: Filipe Andrade
Kamala Khan is one of the best breakout starts of 2014/2015. Her series is selling extremely well and her 1st appearance is being debated on most comic forums. This is the rarest and the 1st book to have her on the cover, be it a cameo or not. There is only 4, 9.8 copies in the CGC census as of this writing. I have seen a few more CBCS copies, which should hold a premium value since they grade more strict on moderns from my observations and many others.

8 Star Wars Darth Maul Son of Dathomir #1 (2014) Sketch Variant Wizard World Atlanta

WRITER: Jeremy Barlow
ARTIST: Juan Frigeri
This book has a very tiny print run, which is always cool, but the fact it is one of the only Dark Horse comics to have a story-line that is still “cannon” in the Marvel/Disney universe. Copies are flying off eBay with this being the toughest to find.

Harley Quinn #1 Vol 2 (2013) Adam Hughes Variant (1:50)

WRITER: Amanda Connor
ARTIST: Chad Hardin
Hughes was criticized for the artwork when this book came out in 2013. It didn't have the steam  like you think it might've. Now you can't touch one for under $175 raw. I'm regretting selling the copies I did a few years back. This is probably the most sought after Harley variant made so far. That should tell you something.

10 Chew #1 (2015) Board Game Variant

WRITER: John Layman
ARTIST: Rob Guillroy
This was given to anyone who bought the Chew board game that came out last week. Sales have been really good, as all Chew #1 copies are being gobbled up right now. Print run on this should be really, really low so I suggest buying the board game and hoping you get a slabable copy.

A-Next Vol 1 #7 (1999)

WRITER: Tom DeFalco
ARTIST: Ron Frenz
*no spoilers but this has something to do with the future MCU………

Enormous Vol 2 #1 (2015) Cover B Variant Charlie Adlard Cover

WRITER: Tim Daniel
ARTIST: Mehdi Cheggour
Enourmous Vol 1 was one of the most successful comics of 2014. Vol 2 started out hot this week with the Adlard cover selling out at Midtown and other online retailers fast.
