Spider-Man #1

2 months! I can’t believe I’ve been writing this article now for 2 months! I want to once again thank everyone who has been reading and commenting on the article from week to week. I’ve always wanted to be a writer of some sort and it’s extremely gratifying to not only write these articles but also see the reaction to them almost immediately. Enough gushing … on to the swipes!

Spider-Man #1

Spider-Man #1

Todd Mcfarlane always seems to be in the middle of these articles of mine, usually on the swiping end. This time he is the swipee. This book came out in multiple colors but I am only depicting the one I liked the best below.

Spider-Man #13

Spider-Man #13

This time Mcfarlane chose to depict the black costume in this pose. Still a nice example of his talents

Spawn #8

In this instance Mcfarlane was both the swiper and the swipee!!

One of the early franchises from Image decided to kick its series off with a swipe … pretty good rendition.

Ant #5

I think this character was created by J. Scott Campbell … he should stick to drawing.

Scatterbrain #1

His brain doesn’t look so scattered here.

Dark Avengers #11

I've always wondered … what is the deal with Norman Osborne’s hair? How does he style it that way??

Amazing Spider-Man Super Special

Amazing Spider-Man Super Special (flipbook)

If they had a swipe of this issue for every Spider-Man costume I would buy them all! Beautiful!
